Each day begins and ends with intentional practices designed to bring you back into your body.
Morning sessions are more energizing and may include Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Kundalini-inspired elements, pranayama, and meditation.
Evening sessions are softer and more introspective, with practices such as Yin Yoga, Slow Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation.
For those who want to explore something playful and connective, we offer an introductory acroyoga session. Whether it is your first time or you already have some experience, this is a joyful space to build trust, communication, balance, and lightness.
Neo Emotional Release blends psychosomatic bodywork, breathwork, visualization, and guided verbal support. This method helps access emotions held deeply in the body, often beneath layers of tension, stress, or chronic holding patterns.
Within our breathwork sessions, we will experience the transformative power of the keur methodology. A deeply immersive practice that weaves together breathwork, movement, and sound. At the heart is the 3-Part Breath, a rhythmic and powerful breathing technique that gently builds toward emotional release, clarity, and profound insight.
We will step into the invigorating practice of cold-water immersion and discover the power of presence through the breath. The ice bath invites you to meet discomfort with awareness, calm your nervous system, and build resilience from within. A deeply awakening experience that can leave you feeling clear, energized, and more connected to yourself.

Through guided lectures, workshops, and mindful exercises held in nature, you'll be invited to explore your inner landscape, reflect, and realign with what truly matters.
We'll honor the elements as our guides for transformation: Fire to release and let go of what no longer serves. Water to cleanse and renew. Air to open space for inspiration and freedom. Earth to root and embody the new versions of ourselves.
Through four grounding and inspiring sessions introducing the basic of astrology, we will explore the language of the stars . Together, we'll dive into the meaning of the planets, houses, and signs, and how they shape your inner world and life path.
Cacao is a plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. It softens the protective layers around the heart, allowing clarity, emotion, and connection to emerge. In a carefully held and intentional space, we gather with ceremonial cacao to invite warmth, openness, and deeper connection.
The visit of a local, indigenous women’s community offers the opportunity to connect with ancestral knowledge, simplicity, and different ways of relating to life, land, and one another.
We will swim beneath waterfalls, allowing the force of water to cleanse, awaken, and energize the body. A chance to unwind while practicing contemplation and equanimity amid the natural surroundings.
We will spend a full day in a biodiverse eco-reserve, walking through rich Amazonian landscapes and experiencing the intelligence and harmony of the natural world. The Tingana eco-reserve visit includes a silent meditative canoe ride through the wetlands, a chance to slow down, observe, and absorb the stillness of the surroundings.
